We opened Fig in 2015 intent on creating a fun and unique cafe where people could lounge around, be inspired and have some great food and drinks. We felt Hvar needed something creative and different from the rest of the places we saw serving the same food so we opened a place where everyone feels welcome and relaxed as they get to try deliciously different food and drinks inspired by the world travels of the owners.
Geoff has been a private chef on megayachts for nearly a decade and he brings that creative flair to our delicious food menu.. Rob has tended the best bars in Melbourne, a city known for its incredible food and drinks, and he puts together our drink list.
